Ryuji Iwasaki
Born in 1980 in Osaka. Graduated from Osaka College of Art in 2000, and established his studio in Tondabayashi, Osaka in 2012. Ryuji produces extremely beautiful yet comfortable pieces made from white porcelain with full-usage of the potter's wheel. His works are characterized by colors developed through research of glaze blending, including his original technique "Kannagashi".
Note: Each piece is hand work by the artist, even the same piece will have a slightly different expression.
