Chika Hanyu, originally from Tokyo, is a seasoned pastry chef whose culinary journey has spanned from Las Vegas and international cruise ships to France, Tokyo, and finally, New York. With extensive experience in esteemed kitchens, she launched her own brand, C by C Chocolate New York, in 2020. Fueled by her global experiences and a deep passion, Chika creates handcrafted delights with the aim of sharing joy and happiness through her pastries and chocolates.
