1. In-Store Purchases
All purchases made directly from our physical store locations are considered final sale. We sincerely apologize, but we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for in-store purchases. We encourage you to carefully inspect items before finalizing your purchase.
2. Online Purchases
For items purchased through our online store, we extend the opportunity to initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate the online return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact to brooklyn@cibone.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
- Provide essential details, including your order number, a description of the item(s) you intend to return, and the reason for your request.
- Once your return request is approved, comprehensive instructions will be provided to facilitate the return.
*Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges. The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility, so we will refund the amount minus that cost.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, kindly inform us within 14 days of purchase or delivery. We are committed to promptly resolving such matters. To expedite the process, please adhere to the following steps:

4. Gift Receipts
For items received as gifts, we accept returns with a valid gift receipt within 14 days of the original purchase. Please take note of the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging.
- A valid gift receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
- Refunds are not available for gift returns. Instead, we offer the option of exchanging the item for a product of equal or greater value, or providing store credit.
