Daikokuya produces chopsticks shaved by craftsmen under the name of Edo Wooden Chopsticks.
These chopsticks are shaved into a hexagonal shape that feels comfortable in the hand,
The chopsticks are sharp yet soft.
The upper part of the chopsticks is painted in black (large) and vermilion (medium), and the lower part is finished with wipe lacquer.
The upper part is painted in black and the middle part is painted in vermilion, and the lower part is finished with wipe lacquer.
Large (black): length 23.5cm / wood (maras) + lacquer / made in Japan
Medium (red): length approx. 21.5cm /wood (maras) + lacquer / made in Japan
* Due to the use of natural wood and lacquer, this product is not dishwasher safe.
Note: Each piece is hand work by the artist, even the same piece will have a slightly different expression.
