The original series “SILENCE” by Toyama Prefecture-based glass artist Takeyoshi Mitsui is glassware created through a combination of glass craft techniques, careful handwork, and the artist's sense of humor. The originality of the color combination has a unique soft impression due to the delicate line engraving process applied in a width of approximately 1mm, creating a sharp appearance and a beautiful tranquil landscape with nuanced gradation.
Each glass is handcrafted one by one, and although no two pieces are exactly alike, their quiet appearance is consistent, and there is also the pleasure of combining multiple shapes and color variations.
