DAN" is beautiful cutlery made of solid 18/8 stainless steel with no connection between the handle and the head. The weight balance between the handle and head has been carefully considered to prevent fatigue while using. All cutlery has a hairline finish to make it easy to clean up fingerprints and water stains, and can be used without hesitation for daily eating. The knives are made in the same factory as forged knives for Europe, and the quality and sharpness are the same as the finest, making them suitable for meat and fish dishes. Straight lines with a sense of tension and curved lines that fit gently in the hand. Each knife is hand-polished and finished by experienced craftsmen representing Japan, and we are committed to carrying on the ancient tradition of "handmade culture". Mini spoons are for seasonings and condiments. The mini forks can be used as picks for olives, cheese, etc.
