Himeno-saku's 3rd generation, Hisakazu Himeno, is one of the few hand-beaten pot artisans in Japan. Each pot is meticulously handcrafted with a wish for it to be a lifelong companion for its user.

Hammered surface born from hand-beating: Aluminum, naturally soft, becomes durable when hammered, enhancing heat conductivity by expanding the surface area. Heat is evenly distributed to ingredients.
Thick 3mm aluminum: Besides its aesthetic appeal and durability, pots made from hammered 3mm aluminum spread heat uniformly, reducing the likelihood of ingredients sticking.
