Radish Grater

The base is made from aged cherry wood, with each differently shaped bamboo peg carefully hammered in by hand using a mallet.

It can grate daikon into 5-7mm pieces while retaining enough moisture. This tool excels at grating a whole daikon in just five minutes, perfect for making dishes like Shirayuki Nabe.

Not only can it grate daikon, but it also works well with potatoes, apples, and hard cheeses. Occasionally grating hard cheese (such as Parmigiano) is beneficial for the aged cherry wood.
