Ojiro Kakumonoten has been creating products that fit modern life while learning and practicing the traditional Beppu basket technique. It is recommended to use it as a basket to carry a lunch box or water bottle on a picnic, or to store small things in the kitchen or around your desk. It looks beautiful just standing there, so you may also use it to store magazines and other items.
〇Handling
・Each piece is shaped by hand. Each piece is made by hand. Please enjoy the individual expression of each piece.
The bamboo material will change over time as you use it.
It is better to use it a lot than to store it away, as it will be better ventilated and less likely to get moldy.
When soiled, it can be washed with water using a sponge.
After washing in water, remove water droplets with a cloth, turn the bottom over, or hang it in a shady, well-ventilated place to dry thoroughly.
Wiping with rubbing ethanol will help to sterilize the product and prevent mold. Please make sure to dry it thoroughly.

〇Precautions
・Please be careful not to put too many heavy things in the container.
・Please do not expose it to direct sunlight, as this may cause it to deform or crack due to drying.
・After washing in water, do not leave it damp as it will cause mold on the underside. Turn it upside down and place it in a well-ventilated place to keep it clean for a long time.
・Please avoid storing in humid weather or in damp or humid places, as this may cause mold.
・If a little mildew appears, wipe it off with rubbing alcohol and dry well. If the mold persists, apply oxygen bleach to a dry cloth and wipe it off. (In this case, make sure there is no discoloration on the bottom of the product.) Dry the product thoroughly after wiping it off.
・If the bleach does not come off after wiping, try lightly scraping it off with sandpaper.
