Tokoname ware, located in Aichi Prefecture, is one of Japan’s Six Ancient Kilns with over a thousand years of history. It is the largest production area among them and remains a prominent center of pottery making to this day.
Note: Each piece is hand work by the artist, even the same piece will have a slightly different expression.
