jincup urushi Hybrid Green MOTHER

This wooden mug is made from Tabunoki (traditional Japanese laurel) grown in Kagoshima, where Akihiro Jin is originally from.
The carved-out surface of the JIN CUP is not only beautiful to look at, but also highly functional, with the inside coated in a special resin that prevents drinks from seeping in.

Akihiro Woodworks is a woodworking group based in Kagoshima. They contribute to society by creating shapes and value using wood harvested from nearby mountains.
