About jincup

jincup was born in 2007 as a gift to a mother. Hand-carved from Tabunoki (Japanese laurel) grown in Kagoshima, each cup is shaped by Akihiro Woodworks using wood dried for 3 to 5 years. The interior is coated with a special resin that prevents liquid from seeping in, making it as functional as it is beautiful. Individual differences in size and color are a natural characteristic of the material.
