This size is ideal for grating daikon radish at home.
This grater is made by a craftsman who grates each ingredient one by one by hand using a tabor blade.
Unlike machine-made grating, the sharp and irregular grating allows the food to be grated as if it were cut with a blade, so that the moisture and umami are not lost and delicious "grated" food is produced.
The front side has the normal grating grain, while the back side has a finer grain for grating condiments.
Note: Each piece is hand work by the artist, even the same piece will have a slightly different expression.
