Stainless steel is carefully crafted into a double-edged blade and sandwiched between a brass handle. To ensure that the blade stays sharp for a long time, the stainless steel, which is specially designed for high-quality blades, is tempered to increase its hardness, and then sharpened through several processes to achieve a smooth cutting edge.
Over time, the brass handle loses its luster and turns a deep, soft, candy-like color. Since we use properly selected materials and manufacturing methods, you can sharpen it again and continue to use it comfortably. We hope you will use it for a long time.
