Since the establishment in 1898, “creating bamboo crafts to enrich lives” has been the corporate philosophy. While protecting tradition, our theme is “to combine the classic and the modern” and to propose new styles of bamboo craft. Bamboo has been widely used in Japan since ancient times, giving a sense of healing and harmony. Grows within' four to five years and eco-friendly since there's no need of pesticides. Also has a reputation as an next-generation material, alternative to wood. We are proposing a new form of bamboo that enriches modern life while preserving tradition.

The COPENHAGEN COLLECTION is a tableware series designed by Danish design studio "OeO" designer Thomas Lykke in Copenhagen, Denmark. While retaining the suppleness and beauty of bamboo, it creates a minimal design that seamlessly blends into both Japanese and Western dining tables without losing its Japanese essence.
