Sori Yanagi's design process begins with creating model prototypes, which are rigorously tested for functionality over 2 to 3 years. Only after numerous refinements does the final form emerge, ensuring optimal usability.
The design features curves that naturally fit the contours of your mouth, enhancing the dining experience. Additionally, the surface is treated with a matte finish to conceal any scratches, maintaining its pristine appearance over time.
First launched in 1974, this collection has been recognized with the prestigious Good Design Award, showcasing its enduring quality and timeless design.
