In Japan, many people associate this pattern with tenugui. Originally, it was dyed with small dots resembling beans using a technique called shibori, but now it is dyed using a method called chusen.
Handling precautions:
Due to hand-dyeing, color may bleed.
It may transfer color when wet.
Avoid leaving it wet.
When washing, please hand wash separately from other items.
Note: Each piece is hand work by the artist, even the same piece will have a slightly different expression.
