TURN+ Brass

Ambientec TURN+ in Brass is a rechargeable cordless ambient lamp designed by Nao Tamura. While the TURN task lamp provides focused light close at hand, TURN+ brings a soft glow to the surrounding space. Place it on a dining table, beside your bed, or in a quiet corner of your home.

The brass body, base, and charging stand have a clear-coated finish, complemented by a gold-plated zinc alloy cage. Crystal glass adds another material dimension to the lamp's carefully considered construction, giving it a refined presence both lit and unlit.

Four Brightness Levels

Ambientec's original “Sunny Side Up” LED offers four brightness settings: LOW, MID, HIGH, and EX-HIGH. With a color rendering index of Ra95 or higher, it renders colors naturally. Its color temperature changes with the brightness setting, from a warm 1900 K to 2400 K.

• LOW: 1900 K; 0.03 W power consumption; approximately 500 hours of continuous lighting

Portable Lighting and Charging

The rechargeable design lets you move TURN+ between settings without keeping it connected to a power cable during cordless use. Place it on the charging stand to recharge using the USB Type-C cable and USB AC adapter. Charging takes approximately 6 hours.

Water Resistance and Care

The lamp body has protection equivalent to IP66 for outdoor and bathroom use. This provides protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets from any direction, not immersion. The charging stand and AC adapter are not waterproof; keep them dry.

TURN+ pairs with the TURN task lamp to create two layers of light. TURN provides focused illumination close at hand, while TURN+ brings ambient light to the space around it. Use them together as dinner gives way to conversation and a quieter evening.
